BT Engineering Group is the parent organization of four specialized engineering and technology companies: BT Engineering B.V. (BTE), r+k Consulting Engineers B.V. (r+k), and Expert Design Systems B.V. (EDS) and BT Engineering International B.V. (BTEI). BT Engineering (BTE)
Structural Hydraulic Engineering: design and assessment of hydraulic structures such as locks, dams, and pumping stations.
- Energy & Wind: structural design and engineering for offshore wind foundations, substations, and energy infrastructure.
- Infrastructure: analysis and design of bridges, tunnels, viaducts, and other civil infrastructure.
- Cables & Pipelines: route analysis, trenchless techniques (e.g. HDD), interaction with infrastructure, and risk management.
- Flood Protection: assessment and design of dikes, levees, and flood defense systems in line with national safety standards.
BT Engineering International (BTEI)
BT Engineering International distinguishes itself through its international experience and unique ability to operate effectively within large-scale, multidisciplinary project teams, within the same areas of expertise as BT Engineering B.V.

Expert Design Systems B.V. (EDS)
EDS specializes in the development and support of engineering software, particularly:
- Development of PLE, a specialized calculation tool for the design, analysis, and verification of underground pipeline systems
- Software solutions that integrate engineering insight with user-friendly design
- Support, training, and consultancy services for engineering teams using PLE in practice
