Jaap Joosse
Group Director | Civil & Infrastructure Engineering
Jaap Joosse is one of the founding forces behind BT Engineering Group and a seasoned civil engineer with over 25 years of experience in infrastructure and hydraulic engineering. As Group Director, he leads the strategic coordination between member companies, with a particular focus on multidisciplinary integration and technical excellence. Jaap is known for his ability to translate complex engineering challenges into clear, achievable solutions — both in national and international contexts. He is also closely involved in mentoring young engineers and promoting knowledge development within the group.

Group Director | Geotechnical & Engineering Consultancy
Gerbrand van Brussel brings deep expertise in geotechnical engineering and consultancy, with a strong track record in soil-structure interaction and foundation design. As Group Director at BT Engineering Group, he plays a key role in maintaining the group’s high technical standards. Gerbrand is known for his broad professional network, which spans both the engineering and construction sectors, and he actively leverages these connections to facilitate collaboration and create new opportunities for the group.
